Welcome to VGroove Fitness, LLC! 
 
Tired of your same old cardio kick boxing or dance fitness class? Hitting a plateau? Than you need VGroove Cardio Dance.  
   
Our class has it all; you don’t have to go to several different group exercise classes to get your cardio, strength and flexibility. Our class will give you it all in just 60 minutes.
 
We design our own routines with kickboxing, athletic drills, dance moves, strength training and stretch.
 
The creators of VG cardio dance have over 20 years of fitness experience. We are all certified with Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and continue our education through workshops, seminars and keeping up with health and fitness studies, which lets us bring you the safest and efficient way to exercise.

Participants should wear cross-training sneakers, bring a yoga mat, towel and plenty of water.
 
This class is for beginners to advance no experience necessary.
